windows 10 PC freezing problem

Hello, i could really use some help on my issuewhile playing a game or some intensive work my pc screen turns black for couple of seconds and after that the screen turns to a solid color, and sometimes the monitor just says no signal, which forces me to shut down the pc and boot again, and when i boot to windows it shows the loading screen for a couple of seconds and the screen turns black again, which forces me to boot manually from BIOSi tried reseating my GPU and rams, i tried installing a fresh Windows 10i tried changing the GPU Cables, i tried changing NVIDIA driversnothing worked for me,
