Are all application compatible under Mac notebook M1 or M2 processor?

I am eavluating a Mac's latest NB with M1 or M2 processor. For biggest compability, I may install Windows 11 by bootcamp and which may be joined to our company's domain. I have no doubt that there is no problem to install Win 11 by bootcamp. But I am worried that, is there any application having compatbility issue running M1 or M2 processor?Our company has our ERP system and using an important exclusive application(for x86 processor). Will they have issues under M1 or M2 processor as they are for X86 infrastructure? I have these concerns because some specific programs offer x86/x64/ARM install
