Welcome to FPCH Mark.

Imo, overclocking is a waste of time and money. There are much better ways to improve the performance of a PC without resorting to overclocking. Despite the hype, overclocking is a poor way to increase the performance of your PC.

The whole issue regarding power supplies is a monomer, as there is no "standard" for power supply regulations when it comes to PC's. For example, I've used cheaply priced "Diablotec" PS's for the last three years on my customers computers without any problems. Most PSU are all made on the same assembly line in China.

as long as the 12v rails have a good enough ampage on them then your fine. with your spec id go with a 400 - 500w psu with about 30 - 35 Amps down the 12v rails total. its all the side of the packaging or on the website description when your buying a psu.
