TouchPad in my headphone turns on Cortana. How to prevent that and ignore/switch off Cortana what so ever?

TouchPad in my headphone turns on Cortana every tim accidentally i press it, i.e. with my shoulder. How to prevent that and ignore/switch off Cortana what so ever? Everything in "Talk To Cortana" settings are off.
