Windows Update Disabling Administrator Account - Any Way to Block? How to Report to Microsoft?

This is the second time Windows Update has disabled the Administrator account on a new Windows 10 computer. I am building multiple computers, and the last two I'll leave the computer to update overnight, and in the morning, the Administrator has been disabled. This computer only had Windows 10 and Office 2016 Home and Business installed, nothing else. Fortunately, I had not yet converted the user account to a Standard User, and was able to recover it. Now I am building all computers with two Administrator accounts. I shouldn't have to do this, and it just clutters up the login screen.

Right after this update, the screen says,

"Hi"

"We've updated your PC"

"All your files are exactly where you left them"

They should add,

"We see you have done the right thing for security and made the user a Standard User"

"We've disabled your Administrator account"

"You now have no way to login as Administrator"

Microsoft needs to tighten its quality control on updates, especially if they are going to force them on people with Windows 10. The quality was very good for a while, but lately it has gone downhill. Another example is KB3114717, where CPU utilization would go through the roof.

If there is any good news (and there isn't much), once the account is re-enabled (if you can get it re-enabled), the password and all settings are still there.

Is there any way to block the Administrator account from being disabled by updates?

How are faulty updates reported to Microsoft by users?

Michael
