Can you please fix the "touch menu" bug that has been around since you started incorporating touch?

Specifically, I mean a certain time where it doesn't display the big menu for finger touch.

Its hard to specify when or how this happens, but its usually when moving to a different windows and right click quickly.

You have two menus displaying with finger touch! Its been like this since Windows 8!

Every once in awhile, you will get a SMALL menu (the normal mouse/right click menu) but touch, 99 percent of the time displays a different "right click menu" that has more space between menu items. Something is preventing, and has always been preventing this from displaying 100 percent of the time.
