Change Existing Users Start Menu

Hey Everyone!!

 

I have no idea where to go with my issue, been googling the hell out of it the last month

 

We are about to upgrade from Office 2013 to Office 2016 on Windows 10 1809

 

Start Menu is set as Partially Customisable by users and set by GPO with XML

 

Among other tiles Office 2013 tiles are locked in the Start Menu. Now, when I Office 2013 uninstalls and 2016 installs. The start menu is a royal &^%@!.

 

The Office 2013 tiles are still there but white blocks with errors in them and not removable because they were locked down.

 

My question: How do we change Start Menu for Existing Users on Windows? Basically swap the Office 2013 tiles with Office 2016 tiles.

 

Let me know and I will attach the xml if you need more info? Also some screenshots if you like?
