the module mschrt20.ocx failed to load

I face a issue in my computer

 

component mschrt20.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered.

 

for this issue solving I using command prompt

 

C:\WINDOWS\system32>regsvr32 /u MSCHRT20.OCX

 

after that system showing error message

 

the module mschrt20.ocx failed to load

 

How to solve this issue
