WindowsUpdateLog - No Format Information found

Hi,

 

On allmost every Windows 10 machine I have problems when reading WindowsUpdateLog.

 

I run the command from an administrative prompt "Get-WindowsUpdatelog" and it generates the log and dump it to desktop, but the information in this file is like this...

I have upgraded to the latest version 1511 and its the same problem here...

I have tried to delete everything under %temp%\windowsupdatelog folder but same problem.

 

Suggestions ?
