Windows 10 presenting temporary profile to only me - everyone else can login with local profile

We have 500 Windows 7/10 users with 4 DCs (One Windows 2008R2 and other 3 Win 2012 domain controllers)

When I am log into Windows 10 ver 1803 (same issue with ver 1607) by using Active Directory account, windows 10 present me with a temporary profile . its only me having this issue as all other network/AD users are getting in fine with regular local profile . No matter which windows 10 machine I login, still get temp profile and can't save any change in my profile

I have tried many solutions found on various forums, including renaming the .bak profile in the profile list, chkdsk, sfc, activating the admin account in order to create a new user. Anyone run into this issue? any suggestions would be appreciated
