Unable to close the many open tabs I have in the background. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Help Needed!

Unable to close many many open tabs. This is causing my laptop to be slow. Or, sometimes it just shuts off. I'm also

 

having irritating issues with my mouse. It either clicks on something I didn't want or, it even will just begin to move

 

all over the screen on it's own. Please help me. I guess I'm not savvy enough for this issue lol.
