Guest Eeina Posted July 4, 2019 Posted July 4, 2019 Hello, we have just enabled Windows Defender Remote Credential Guard for our workstations and servers. Remote Desktop connections works just fine, but it broke our Remote Assistance service. How can we manage Remote Assistance to work that IT Helpers could connect to customers? P.S. It tries to connect but after some period of time throws error that used credentials did not work, gives the ability to type new credentials but fails again with that error. More... Quote
