Error 0xa0000400 in Windows Update Assistant - Windows 10

Hello,

i have a windows 10 version 1803 and i'm trying to upgrade it to version 1903 using the assistant.

When I launch it, I get the following error:

0xa0000400

can somebody help me fix that?
