security update for microsoft asp.net mvc 5 and 5.1

Hello

In WSUS im being offered two updates for asp.net mvc 5 and 5.1. They are KB2992080 and KB2994397

None of the users have 5 or 5.1 installed. They do have 2 and 4

Why are they being told they need this update?

They are all windows 10 1809
