Remote Assistance with Admin or Elevated privs

Is there a way to offer remote assistance with elevated or admin privs inside a domain? I offer a lot of assistance with MS Remote Assistance and often times the remote pc will need an action performed that requires admin privs. When the remote pc required admin privs to allow the action I get a black screen and so I have to either remote desktop to the pc with the users password (which I know is not a wise idea to be passing passwords around), or I have to go find the remote pc and help the coworker at their location.

 

My pc is a Windows 10 1903 machine and I have domain admin privs. The pc's i'm offering assistance to are all windows 10 machines. It would help me tremendously if I could while offering remote assistance be able to enter admin privs remotely. If I remote desktop to the machines as the user I was trying to help, I can then enter admin privs as needed.
