Speed up the WaaS (Windows as a Service)

Hi All,

 

We are using OS Upgrade Package for Windows 10 CBB upgrade. But it is taking more time to complete nearly 4 to 5 hrs. We tried WaaS also almost same time. If we upgrade the same n our personal computer it is very less time, i want to know what is the difference between Microsoft upgrade and SCCM Upgrade ?

 

Why can't we achieve that in SCCM ?

 

Any other option to reduce the upgrade timings ?
