New hard drive, "you may not have permissions to.."

Hello! I recently got a new hard drive installed on my computer with Windows 10, but every time I try to access settings for speakers, keyboard, etc. I get a message that says "Windows was not able to find the specified file, path, etc. You may not have permission to access this device"

 

 

What should I do?
