Your Phone - Greyed out in 1809

Hello there,

 

 

Trying to utilise the Your Phone settings in Win 10 1809, but it been greyed out and says it's set by administrator (which we are)

 

 

if it's a policy we've set than it's computer, as it's locked even as an admin account. I think it's something we might have blocked in past version of Win 10, that we didn't want our users to have access to. So trying to do some reverse engineering. The GPO policies are pretty much a copy of our 1709 version, with some tweaks and changes.

 

 

Now I've set Disabledwindowsconsumerfeatures to 0, and we've allowed Window telemetry, But no change to this.
