mouse moving alone after login

Hello all,

 

i have a strange problem with the touch pad. it is moving alone in right middle position after i login to windows and after i start programs. After a while, all is fine..

 

i have dell xps 9670, windows 10 pro 1903 - later release.

 

i deleted and disabled the drivers and restarted, trouble shoot .. nothing interesting.

 

i tried with Ubuntu and all is fine there, so it is not hardware problem.

 

i cannot downgrade to 1803 version as i understood.

 

did you had some similar problems before and can you help me identifying the problem.
