Windows Defender: no option to remove threat in Win. 10, 1903

hi Microsoft:

 

I downloaded something to the desktop but was notified that there it was a threat. But there is no option to remove or clear the threat in the 1903 version of Windows 10. I have to manually do it. In the older versions of Windows 10, there is an option to clear threats. When I scanned the desktop for threats, it found none. But there was actually a threat.
