Save photos from video in Photos app not working

I noticed a new option has appeared in the Windows 10 Photos app. You can now right-click and there is an option to save photos from video. However on selecting the option I simply get a screen saying Loading... I have left it for about an hour, and still nothing. It is not a particularly long video, only about 4 minutes.

 

Anyone else had this problem?
