Discrepancies in windows update description

I am installing a cumulative update using Windows update and in installed updates it shows the KB description as "Cumulative update for windows 10 1903 KBxxxxxxxx", now I uninstalled the same KB and downloaded the same KB from Microsoft catlog and installed manually, now in installed updates it just shows as "update for KBxxxxxxxx" , why is this happening?
