Guest KingRazor001 Posted October 4, 2019 Posted October 4, 2019 I receive this error: "Task <task>: The task XML contains a value which is incorrectly formatted or out of range." For dozens of tasks, on every Windows 10 machine in my environment, whenever task scheduler is opened remotely from a Windows 7, 8.1, Server 2008 R2, or Server 2012 R2 system. They're all Microsoft Windows tasks. Examples include: .NET Framework NGEN v4.0.30319 Critical AD RMS Rights Policy Template Management (Manual) SmartScreenSpecific EDP Policy Manager and many others. Would deleting these from the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\Tree key cause any problems? If so, what can I do instead to get rid of these errors? More... Quote
