Guest marianh Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 Whenever I need to use admin privileges on computers through Remote Assistance I cannot get it working with our dedicated account. The dedicated account works if I am physically at computer but not over Remote Assistance. I checked Security logs in Event Viewer on remote computer and found absolutelly nothing about it. The dedicated account is member of local administrators group in every computer in AD. More... Quote
