I have been testing so new devices in preparation to eventually get rid of passwords. I have checked my existing group policy as well as creating a defined policy and applying it to a small OU for testing. On my specific machine I have set up both a PIN and have installed a USB fingerprint sensor. I have set up by fingerprints via Hello. When I attempt to use my PIN (which I plan to disable login with before roll-out) or bio-metric reader, it begins to log in, and then gives me the message "That option is temporarily unavailable. For now, please use a different method to sign in." I am currently running 1903, and I have been in and out of the OU with defined setting. I have installed the sensor and set up on another laptop running 1709 and have been able to log in with both PIN and bio-metric, while not applying any addition settings via GPO.

I have read many other posts regarding this message, but none say they were able to successfully set up both in Hello.

Also, on a second note, I purchased a Mouse camera that specifically says it is a 'Windows Hello" camera. I have tried on different machines with different OS versions, and with native and non-native drivers and it never is found to be Hello capable. I did notice the IR camera never shows as a bio-metric device (I've noticed in other posts that seems to be a common thread). Any ideas on that would be helpful as well, but not important to the primary subject.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
