My Documents, My Pics are referring to the Temp account

My boss' computer just started doing this. He logs in and all of the his Documents and Pictures are gone. Quickbooks can't find its files.

If you look into his User account, everything is there. So I had him change the location of his Documents folder and the current path is c:\Users\Temp\Documents where it should be c:\Users\HisUserName\Documents. When this is changed all goes back to normal for his My Documents. However, a reboot breaks it again.

I also tried to have him run Remote Assistance so I could poke around myself, but he gets a message saying Remote Assistance is not available with this account.

I had him double check that he is logged into the right account - he is and it is a local admin account.

I am getting many symptoms of being logged in as a guest account, but that is not the case.

Ideas?

Brad
