Good evening.

I am having some weird graphical bugs and issues with my computer. There is a black bar across the bottom of the screen, about 2/3 the size of the task bar. My mouse cursor goes over it, and you can click through it like there is nothing there, it's just a black bar that does not move and does not go away no matter what i'm doing (some more info ahead). Also, when i open my web browser (Opera) black lines appear across the web page, that seem to be in a fixed position (when i roll down, they maintain their position on the page, as if they were text or whatever is on the page), but when i open a video on YouTube and fullscreen it, the lines in the middle go away, only the black bar in the bottom remains. Another wierd thing that i found recently is that when watching something on Netflix fullscreen, the black bar in the bottom goes away, and the screen looks normal. On everything else though, fullscreen or not, the black bar is always there, except when i uninstall Intel Graphics 630 and instead use a basic microsoft video adapter, then all the glitches go away, but then my integrated GPU does not work (obviously) neither does my dedicated GPU (e.g when playing games). I have tried every single possible solution related to software, reinstalled drivers, tried older versions of drivers, restored Windows to a return point, reinstalled Windows, tried DISM.exe through powershell, and a number of other different things, nothing fixed it. I really don't think it's hardware related because of the fact that netflix on fullscreen works normal. I am really out of ideas and don't know what else to do.
