Disk Cleanup Deleted ESD Installation Files, How To Rebuild?

Hi guys,

 

I was having a conversation with someone about the need for free disk space on SSD drives and they then went and ran the Disk Cleanup utility and selected the ESD Installation Files, which now means they now can't reset their Windows 10 install.

 

Is there a way to rebuild the ESD file(s)?
