Guest zoomer71 Posted November 10, 2019 Posted November 10, 2019 I'm using a Surface Pro 3 with an Arc mouse. There is this circle with a mouse pointer on the upper right corner of my screen. It's there all the time after an update (has happened more than once). Additionally, there is another pointer that I can move the around the screen. If I move the pointer into the circle then it gets stuck, using the mouse I can't get the pointer out of the circle. I have to do a control-alt-delete to make the pointer come out of the circle. So in the end I have two pointers, one in the circle and one that I can move around the screen. When this problem happens (it's happened before & after other Windows 10 updates) the arrow/pointers (one in the circle and one that can be moved around the screen) are very jittery, fading/flashing off and on as I move the one around the screen. I tried a whole bunch of fix its that I found on the Internet yesterday. NOthing seemed to work, BUT after about an hour of searching and trying different things the circle with the pointer in the problem disappeared. But this morning it's back again. How do I get rid of this bothersome problem. I can't afford spending an hour each day trying to eliminate it.... Thanks zoomer71 More... Quote
