Why does Windows think an organization runs my antivirus and threat protection?

I've got a lifetime license to Malwarebytes Pro, I use that as my antivirus and malware. When I go to settings I see this message that my virus and threat protection is managed by my organization. There is no organization, there is just me. So the Defender Icon has a red X on it and I can't do anything about it. I get a popup saying my antivirus is off, but when I go to settings I see that it is NOT, it is on, every thing is green and it says my machine is protected.

I just did a clean boot, it came up with the green check on the Windows Defender icon, then it went red - it's done this before. This time it won't go away.

Also, how I do have Defender run a scan, it doesn't need to, but it seems like that might clear the red X, it did on my previous system. Malwarebytes runs an automated scan every night already.

So, how do I get rid of the red X and how do I let the system know I manage my antivirus and threat protection, not some organization or business, this is a personal machine, just a year old. Win 10 Pro, X64, 16GB RAM. I'd like to fix this. Thanks. :^) gene
