Peet Ransomware virus

As you can see below my pc is affected with .Peet extension ransomware,

 

and encrypted all the files(150 gb of data) and i am unable to decrypt.what should i do?

 

and one more thing if i uninstall the windows then reinstall it will i get the genuine windows or not.

 

Cause my whole pc (specially C Drive, where my OS is installed) is affected with this ransomware and any antivirus could not able to detect them

 

also one more thing i want to know that will the ransomware corrupt the hardware in my pc?
