Windows Defender not stopping fake maleware warning alerts

To whom it may concern:

 

I have been using Windows Defender & run in "S" mode on my new computer and still I get occasionally a fake malware warning \ computer is infected along with a loud siren noise.

 

 

All my security at a glance indicate the green circle with a check mark with the wording: "no action needed".
