Guest LisaRudolph Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 Hi,, I have the new Samsung Book 2, purchased in Sept via Verizon and set up with data. I have recently needed to use the Microsoft store for apps, and it will NOT load. I have done the trouble shooter, terminated and reset the app. All it does when I open it is give me the working "worm" then closes out. I have tried to open recently downloaded apps (or so I thought), such as Netflix, and it does the same thing. I have checked for updates, and attempted to uninstall the store app but that box selection is greyed out. I NEED to get stuff done either without the store all together, or so I can download a few apps for work/school. How can I fix this ASAP? More... Quote
