Guest Atlantidee Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Hello. I have a Windows 7 Pro 64bit in a Domain. The Domain server is a Windows Server SBS 2008. The PC is used by 10 user via terminal server (remote desktop) using a third part software, Thin Stuff. The PC stuck after a user log with username and password (via RDP). So the PC stay forever in the loading screen with the Windows logo and the user desktop never appears... I notice those 2 errors often repeating in the Windows 7 PC event log: Evento ID 1006 Group Policy error code 81 <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> - <System> <Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-GroupPolicy" Guid="{AEA1B4FA-97D1-45F2-A64C-4D69FFFD92C9}" /> <EventID>1006</EventID> <Version>0</Version> <Level>2</Level> <Task>0</Task> <Opcode>1</Opcode> <Keywords>0x8000000000000000</Keywords> <TimeCreated SystemTime="2019-12-05T18:05:57.098076400Z" /> <EventRecordID>504170</EventRecordID> <Correlation ActivityID="{D3F029F8-B6CC-444D-94F2-5693253A369C}" /> <Execution ProcessID="1076" ThreadID="4612" /> <Channel>System</Channel> <Computer>NOMETERMINAL.NOMEDOMINIO.local</Computer> <Security UserID="S-1-5-21-2329592490-2120002044-3610252226-1165" /> </System> - <EventData> <Data Name="SupportInfo1">1</Data> <Data Name="SupportInfo2">5510</Data> <Data Name="ProcessingMode">0</Data> <Data Name="ProcessingTimeInMilliseconds">985848</Data> <Data Name="ErrorCode">81</Data> <Data Name="ErrorDescription">Server non accessibile</Data> <Data Name="DCName" /> </EventData> </Event> e NETLOGON 5783 - <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> - <System> <Provider Name="NETLOGON" /> <EventID Qualifiers="0">5783</EventID> <Level>2</Level> <Task>0</Task> <Keywords>0x80000000000000</Keywords> <TimeCreated SystemTime="2019-12-05T17:50:18.000000000Z" /> <EventRecordID>504169</EventRecordID> <Channel>System</Channel> <Computer>NOMETERMINAL.NOMEDOMINIO.local</Computer> <Security /> </System> - <EventData> <Data>\\NOMESERVER.NOMEDOMINIO.local</Data> <Data>NOMEDOMINIO</Data> <Data>NOMETERMINAL</Data> </EventData> </Event> It's like the PC doesn't reach the domain server but they are connected to the same switch. After a forced reboot all users are able again to access the PC without any problems. The Windows 7 Terminal Server PC has installed NOD32 version 13. More... Quote
