I use Microsoft Office Outlook for my e-mail .I do not use anything else in Office.

So thought i would try a prog called eM client. It has installed ok and i can send and receive e-mails .

My problem is trying to import my contacts list from Outlook.

I have searched the web and tried various suggestions without success.

Can anyone help.

I have also tried another Forum without success.

You may have to export them for outlook then import them into eM Client

Hope that this helps

Using Outlook 2013

Then Import/Export

When the Import and Export Wizard comes up

Select Export to a File

Select Next

Select Comma Separated Vales

Select Next

Scroll to the Contact

Name the File

Click Next

This screen will validate what you want to do

Click finish

All Done

Open the other program and then Import them.

The file will be save in the Documents folder

Never used the program so I do not know the steps

Thanks for your reply Rustys.

My version of Office is 2010.

Sorry should have mentioned that.

But it was the same anyway, as what you said was correct.

I have managed to transfer all my contacts using your advice.

Its not as good as Outlook but thats maybe because we do`nt like change!

Thanks for the help.

Not a problem glad to see that it worked out.

Have to agree there are times that change is not liked.
