Problem with ctfmon

I have done all that is in the help files and this thing will not go away.

Does anyone have any other answers. (XP Home SP2)

Go to Control Panel/Regional & Language Options

Click on the "Languages" tab

Click on "Details"

Click on the "Advanced" tab

Put a check mark beside "Turn off advanced text services"

"Apply" & "OK" your way out
