Guest pushticat Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 I do not use the MS .NET framework which is why I assume that this most recent update repeatedly refuses to install.Unfortunately I cannot get rid of the Automatic Update icon from the taskbar with its accompanying ballon telling me that 'updates are ready for download'.Any ideas how I can get rid of it? You're welcome. I try to do what I can. My point is, how do you *know* you're not using the .NET framework? -- Bob http://www.kanyak.com
