Guest dejotay Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 I have recently downloaded a medical program, the database of which will not work as it shows tha the data base is locked and being used by another user. As I am the only user (set up as administrator) on my system and I cannot understand why? I have looked in the MS knowledge base and they say that I should go to 'tools' then 'options' to change the detail of the sharinging of the data base but the 'options' is greyed out and I cannot make any adjustment. I have found a locked data base icon in another program (Roxio) but I cannot delete it. Any ideas would be appreciaited.
