Guest patti Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 I tryed to download a RealPlayer to get access to some websites where it is required. I got a message that I did not have access to download that player , to see my system administrator fo help or access. I bought this computer with theOS already there. My hard drive failed, I bought a new one and a new OS, Windows XP Home Editionjust three months ago. Why do I need permission and who is my system admin if not me?

If this was already the case, Malware may have restricted your privileges. Scan the system ASAP. -- d-d
