I read the posts on this site a lot and know that automactic updates is best but i dont want IE7 to slip in. The automatic update does not replace visiting the Microsoft update site in order to see optional updates as well. And if you have to update several systems, it's best to download the updates directly from the corresponding websites as executable files. > but i dont want IE7 to slip in. Why not. The real danger is Windows Media Player 11 slipping through the net, and you definitely don't what that.
