You need to figure out what is starting with Windows and narrow it down

to the troublesome application. Once you know which application is

failing, you can take the next troubleshooting step.

Re: message when i start windows

Dear Malke,

Thank you for your reply. I am afraid i am unable to figure out what

applications open with windows. I haven't got a clue how to do it. Sorry for

being so stupid but i'm not very good with computers. Could you guide me on

how to find that? I really thank you for your time and patience.

Regards

I gave you links as to how to do it in my last post! Go to those links

and read the information there. If you still can't figure out how to do

this - and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea -

take the computer to a local repair shop. This will not be a

BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of place. Get recommendations from

friends and colleagues.

instead of a computer store/repair shop check to see if there is a computer club ion your area.

check public library and schools.
