Guest Richard Robertson Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 I keep getting the Error Message that "Mim has to close". Does anyone know what that means? Since then I've been having a bunch of problems with my computer freezing up, could Mim be causing it?
Guest Gary S. Terhune Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 Re: Mim Look at this page. Do any of those applications listed ring a bell? Do you use AOL? Or, perhaps, do you have MusicMatch installed? The idea is to disable the suspect application and see if the error repeats. If not, you can assume the application is having problems. I'd uninstall and reinstall the application to see if that fixes it. -- Gary S. Guest Gary S. Terhune Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 Re: Mim Sorry, that was a bit wrong. The AOL involved is only AOL Messenger. But it's MusicMatch components of the apps listed that's the problem. I'd use MSCONFIG to disable anything from MusicMatch from running at startup. See if that helps. -- Gary S.
