Guest Roy Fenimore Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 Help! My Outlook Express won't: a.)Open the address book, b.)Import an address book, or c.)Add an address to the address book (can't it start one if it doesn't find one?). What can I do?

Windows address book is part of windows. It is located in the user profile. Did you try to open it using >>accessories>>address book??? Try running sfc /scannow.
