Help! My Outlook Express won't: a.)Open the address book, b.)Import an

address book, or c.)Add an address to the address book (can't it start

one if it doesn't find one?).

What can I do?

Windows address book is part of windows. It is located in the

user profile.

Did you try to open it using >>accessories>>address book???

Try running sfc /scannow.
