Guest Frustrated in Redding Posted July 15, 2007 Posted July 15, 2007 When typing and saving documents or emails onto my hard drive, the time created shows correctly. However, when I send a document or email to someone else or place a file in a shared folder, they see the time as one hour later. My control panel "date and time" reads correctly for my time zone. What is happening and how do I correct this?
Guest Umesh Thota Posted July 15, 2007 Posted July 15, 2007 Re: Time showing wrong Could be if their systems have day time settings enabled or disabled contrary to yours. :) let us knw if this helps. Guest Bob I Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Re: Time showing wrong Perhaps you need to correctly set Daylight Saving Time and THEN adjust the clock.
