Guest markinstead@gmail.com Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 About two days go, my file menu started flashing in a super-fast loop in Firefox. The same problem occurs in all other programs. The "flash" looks as if I'm pressing the alt-key about ten times per second. As you can imagine, this is terrorizing my ability to type a message; even this posting is taking forever to type. Pointing/ clicking is not sufferring, just typing due to keyboard shortcuts being activated by the momentarily-dropped file menu Is this a known malfunction? infection? Is there a fix? It's really impossible to just work past it. Thank you, -Mark Gaffney

Try switching to another keyboard and see if it resolves. -- Singapore Web Design http://www.bootstrike.com/Webdesign/ Singapore Web Hosting http://www.bootstrike.com/WinXP/faq.html Windows XP FAQ <markinstead@gmail.com> wrote in message news:1184599636.003215.311970@m3g2000hsh.googlegroups.com... > About two days go, my file menu started flashing in a super-fast loop > in Firefox.
