Just dismiss the dialog and run SpyBot. I would not, however, try running both at the same time.

I installed Spybot and Ad-aware on my computer and haven't had any problems so far. I'll post back if I have any trouble.

Well, no matter what you install, if you are into it, you only want a sigle anti-spyware running 24/7.
