hi,

 

im tired of the error code 80073712 and the posted solution KB931712 which

is not usable. pls tell me how to recover from this issue.

once i was able to fix it by removing update KB931712. but suddenly id

reoccured again. pls tell us how to fix this issue, im not the only one.

if there is no fix.. i will reinstall win xp again and i will forgett vista

- forever.

Me too! I get the error code 80073712 for KB935652. It's been doing it over

and over, even if I install manually since 6/26/2007. What's the fix for this

nonsense?

im sorry - there is no other solution than installing the hotfix

windows xp sp2.

i was wrong, buying vista. i should have knew it.

ms is replying everytime the fix KB931712, which is useless.

 

microsoft, are you listening to your customers?
