Windows Update Agent reports an error ID 20 : 0x80070643 : Microsoft SQL

Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 2 (KB 921896).

Unable to install this update.

The WindowsUpdate.log does not give more information.

The server is W2K3 latest updates except the above one.

 

How do I fix this issue ?
