Split from this thread. I am unable to connect my JBL earbuds to my HP laptop (Windows 11 64 bit 22H). The laptop is requiring a code to pair the JBL earbuds via bluetooth. I spoke with JBL support and they stated that they do not require a PIN to do such a thing. I did try the generic codes they did provide but none worked. This laptop is new so why won't it connect to these bluetooth earbuds? I have confirmed the bluetooth driver is up-to-date. HELP!
