How to increase EFI and Recovery partitions size using only Microsoft tools?

Hello,I need to be able to increase size of EFI and Recovery partitions because there is not enough free space on them to allow creating System Image backup on external disk (I keep getting error message "there is not enough disk space to create the volume shadow copy on the storage location"). I am not satisfied with answers on the Internet suggesting to use a paid, 3rd party solutions to do that. I don't believe that Microsoft does not have their own tools to resize system created partitions. Please kindly suggest how to resize those partitions using Microsoft tools only or, alternatively, h
